Hire Charges for St Joseph's Social Center
NO ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITIES CASH OR CHEQUE ONLY
25% Non-Refundable Deposit required to secure booking
Monday-Wednesday 9am-Midnight £24 an hour plus £50 cash Refundable damages deposit
Thursday & Friday 9am-6pm £24 an hour plus £50 cash Refundable damages deposit
Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm £30 an hour plus £50 cash Refundable damages deposit
Thursday-Sunday evenings the Social Centre is used by the Social Club.
Bookings made via phone can be made Monday to Friday 9am to 12.30 pm only.
All bookings must be paid in full 28 days in advance unless by agreement with parish office.
Should no contact be made and no payment received then it will be assumed you no longer require our venue.
Keys must be collected during office hours 9am -12.30am Monday to Friday ,we are unable to facilitate key collection at any other times.
To avoid damage to premises no cellotape,drawing pins or blu-tac are to be used to avoid damage to paint work.
Due to previous issues No Chewing Gum on site.
All lighting to be turned off when leaving the building and furniture returned to where it was found
( layout of furniture arrangement is on the hall wall to help).
All rubbish to be put in black bin bags (not orange)in the bins provided .
No loose waste in bins.
Capacity is 70 people maximum
